anti HMGB1單克隆抗體

DPH1.1 mAb 可用于蛋白質(zhì)印跡 (WB)。
DPH1.1 mAb 在跨孔遷移試驗(yàn)中阻斷 HMGB1 誘導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞遷移。
在體內(nèi),靜脈內(nèi)施用 DPH1.1 mAb (220 μg/小鼠) 可阻斷炎癥細(xì)胞募集到壞死和感染部位。
